Purchased this a month back got it fitted by a professional and 2 days later caught on fire when contacting e-scooter clinic about it they started telling me that it’s all my fault and that I’m not getting my money back when I’m a customer that’s paid a lot of money for their product that’s meant to be safe and after all that they even tried to get another £120 of me for “repair” they get their motor from Ali express and definitely isn’t the same as the photos advertised so i recommend everyone look elsewhere
