We ship to almost anywhere in the world. Our extensive network ensures your desired product gets to you, wherever you may be.
Orders placed before 12 pm get processed the same day! And even for orders placed on weekends or bank holidays, you're first in line the next business day.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, just do so by clicking on the link RAISE A RETURN Remember that there will be a deduction made from the total refund amount if the reason for the return is not a result of our error(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). - Shipping fee won't be returned (if the postage was free then you will be charged accordingly to the service selected, the pricing is at the bottom.) Scooters, Bikes, PEVs will incur a £25 shipping fee deduction from the amount refunded. - Restocking fee of 10%, or greater if the product will not be returned in a new condition (no packaging, scratches, used product etc) then an unlimited deduction be made.DO NOT return items without previously raising the return via our returns page LINK. Remember that the returns have to include the returns slip, or at least a note mentioning the return ID and name on the order. PACKAGES SENT WITHOUT ANY OF THE DETAILS ABOVE WILL INCUR ADMIN FEE OF £20 on top of the restocking fee. Please note that the customer is liable for any fees incured for declining the package or not accepting the delivery in time. A fee of up to £30 will be charged if package comes back to us due to a non delivery.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If your address is not listed on the list of the countries that we ship to, then simply contact us at email@example.com and we will draft your order manually and calculate the cost of the shipping exclusively for that order. Please note, that our cut off time for the order to be processed same day is 12pm. Any order placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day. Any order placed on the weekend or bank holiday will be processed next business day.
