Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For quality assurance and safety compliance, all controllers, batteries, dashboards, and related components are shipped with a void sticker securely attached to the power cable. Removal of this sticker indicates usage, thereby making the item ineligible for a full refund. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we're committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. In such cases, returns will be accepted for store credit, providing flexibility and convenience to our valued customers. Please note that deductions may apply in line with our terms and conditions. Importantly, this disclaimer does not affect the warranty, as all our products come with warranty coverage. Removal of the sticker does not void the warranty, ensuring peace of mind for our customers. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note that we cannot accept return of customised items or scooters that have had parts fitted at a request of the customerTo ensure a smooth return process, please follow these instructions:
- Initiate your return by clicking on the RAISE A RETURN link. Do not send back items without completing this step first.
- Be aware that a deduction from your total refund may apply if the return is not due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving an incorrect or defective item). This includes:
- Non-refundable shipping fees. If postage was initially free, charges will apply according to the selected service, detailed in our pricing section.
- A restocking fee of 10%, which may increase if the item is not returned in new condition (i.e., missing packaging, scratches, signs of use, etc.). In such cases, the deduction could be unlimited.
- Cancelling an order will incur a 10% fee. This fee covers administrative and processing costs. Any shipping charges paid will not be refundable.
- Specific items such as Scooters, Bikes, and PEVs will incur a £25 shipping fee deduction from your refund.
- All returns must include a returns slip or, at a minimum, a note with the return ID and the name on the order. Packages lacking this information will be subject to an additional £20 administrative fee, in addition to the restocking fee.
- It is important to note that customers are responsible for any charges incurred from refusing delivery or failing to accept delivery on time. A fee of up to £30 will be charged for packages returned to us due to non-delivery.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If your address is not listed on the list of the countries that we ship to, then simply contact us at contact@escooterclinic.co.uk and we will draft your order manually and calculate the cost of the shipping exclusively for that order. Please note, that our cut off time for the order to be processed same day is 12pm. Any order placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day. Any order placed on the weekend or bank holiday will be processed next business day. While we strive to provide accurate lead times for our products, it's important to understand that these are estimates and not guarantees. At Escooter Clinic, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. However, occasionally, factors beyond our control such as supply chain disruptions, customs delays, or unexpected logistical challenges may cause shipments to be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations. Please note that a delay in meeting our estimated lead time is not grounds for a refund. Rest assured, we are working diligently to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, and we will keep you informed of any significant changes to your expected delivery date.
