Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If your address is not listed on the list of the countries that we ship to, then simply contact us at contact@escooterclinic.co.uk and we will draft your order manually and calculate the cost of the shipping exclusively for that order. All international orders are shipped from our UK or EU warehouses. Any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges applied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If you would like to confirm which warehouse your order will be shipped from, please contact our customer service team. We recommend holding onto the original packaging in case your product needs to be returned or serviced under warranty. If a return is required and you no longer have the original box, we’ll be happy to provide replacement packaging—please note that this will incur an additional charge. Please note that our cut off time for the order to be processed same day is 12pm. Any order placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day. Any order placed on the weekend or bank holiday will be processed next business day. Shipping Disclaimer: We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier, and delays may occur beyond our control. Thanks for your understanding!
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For quality assurance and safety compliance, all controllers, batteries, dashboards, and related components are shipped with a void sticker securely attached to the power cable. Removal of this sticker indicates usage, thereby making the item ineligible for a full refund. However, returns will be accepted for store credit. Please note that deductions may apply in line with our terms and conditions. Removal of the sticker does not void the warranty. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred as a result of refused deliveries or customs-related issues caused by customer action or inaction, including but not limited to failure to pay customs duties or taxes, failure to respond to customs or courier requests, failure to collect the parcel, providing incorrect or incomplete address details, or ignoring delivery notifications. In such cases, the customer will bear all associated costs, including but not limited to storage fees, customs fines, return shipping fees, reshipping fees, and disposal or destruction fees. If an item is destroyed by customs authorities, delivery will be considered completed. If the issue is caused by an error on our part, Escooter Clinic will bear the reasonable associated costs. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these instructions:
- Initiate your return by clicking on the RAISE A RETURN link. Do not send back items without completing this step first.

Be aware that a deduction from your total refund may apply if the return is not due to an error on our part. This includes:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If postage was initially free, charges will apply according to the selected service.
- A restocking fee of 10%, which may increase if the item is not returned in new condition.
- Specific items such as Scooters, Bikes, and PEVs will incur a £25 shipping fee deduction.
- All returns must include a returns slip or a note with the return ID and order name. Packages lacking this information will be subject to an additional £20 administrative fee.
- Customers are responsible for any charges incurred from refusing delivery or failing to accept delivery on time. A fee of up to £30 may be charged for packages returned to us due to non-delivery.
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first following our returns, complaints, or replacement process, we reserve the right to recover any payment processor or dispute handling fees and apply an administrative fee of up to £100 to cover associated costs.
Please note that cancelling a preorder will incur a 10% fee. This fee covers administrative and processing costs.
Return to Sender (RTS) Charges:
Please note that customers are responsible for any charges incurred if delivery cannot be completed due to refusal, insufficient address details, customs non-payment, failure to collect, or failure to respond to delivery or customs notices. An RTS charge equal to the original delivery cost will apply. If delivery was free, charges will be applied according to our standard shipping rates.
