• 2. Battery, Charger & Electrical System Testing

  Battery systems, charging components, and electrical connections are tested to ensure safe and reliable operation.

• 3. Motor & Drive System Check

  The motor and drive system are inspected and tested for correct operation and performance.

• 4. Display, Controls & Throttle Verification

  Displays, throttles, switches, riding modes, and control systems are checked to ensure all functions operate correctly.

• 5. Diagnostic Scan & Fault Detection

  Diagnostic tools are used where applicable to identify faults, performance issues, or hidden defects.

• 6. Brakes, Lights & Safety Systems Verification

  Brakes, lights, indicators, and other safety-related systems are tested and confirmed functional.

• 7. Tyres, Wheels & Bearings Inspection

  Tyres, wheels, bearings, and related components are checked for wear, damage, and proper operation.

• 8. Nuts, Bolts & Fastener Check

  Critical fasteners and fittings are inspected and tightened where necessary.

• 9. Quality Parts & Component Replacement

  Original or high-quality compatible replacement parts are used whenever repairs are required.

• 10. Road Test & Performance Verification

  Each vehicle is road tested to verify handling, braking, acceleration, and overall ride quality.

• 11. Final Assembly & Ride Readiness Check

  Vehicles are prepared for immediate use before collection or dispatch. Some vehicles may be partially disassembled for shipping and transport safety purposes.

• 12. Condition Transparency & Additional Photos

  Any significant cosmetic imperfections are disclosed before purchase. Additional photos can be provided upon request.

• 13. Warranty & Ongoing Support

  All refurbished products include a 1-year warranty and continued access to servicing, technical support, and spare parts.
