Affiliate Program - Terms and conditions

§ 1 Definitions

• Affiliate Program: Refers to the electronic service provided by ESCOOTERCLINIC LIMITED, allowing affiliates to earn commissions by promoting and generating sales through unique affiliate links.
• Affiliate: A natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity participating in the Affiliate Program.
• Affiliate Link: A unique URL assigned to the Affiliate for tracking sales and commissions.
• New Customer: An individual who makes a first-time purchase from ESCOOTERCLINIC using an Affiliate Link.

§ 2 General Provisions

1. Program Overview: The Affiliate Program allows affiliates to earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their unique Affiliate Links.
2. Participation: Participation in the Affiliate Program is at the sole discretion of ESCOOTERCLINIC.
3. Account Termination: ESCOOTERCLINIC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at its sole discretion, even without clear violation.

§ 3 Commission Structure

1. Commission Rate: Affiliates will receive a commission of 3% on the total purchase amount made by a New Customer using their Affiliate Link.
2. Discount for Customers: New Customers using the Affiliate Link will receive a one-time 5% discount on their first purchase only.

§ 4 Program Guidelines

1. New Customer Definition: A New Customer is defined as an individual who has not made a purchase from ESCOOTERCLINIC before and completes a purchase through the Affiliate Link.
2. Fraud Prevention: ESCOOTERCLINIC reserves the right to investigate and withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, misuse, or exploitation of the Affiliate Program.
3. Discretionary Decisions: All aspects of the Affiliate Program, including commission payments, account terminations, and rule enforcement, are at the sole discretion of ESCOOTERCLINIC.

§ 5 Payment

1. Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid at ESCOOTERCLINIC's discretion, subject to a minimum threshold of 50GBP and payment processing fees.
2. Payment Discretion: ESCOOTERCLINIC retains the right to determine the timing and method of commission payments.

§ 6 Program Communication

1. Notifications: ESCOOTERCLINIC will communicate program-related information, changes, or updates through email or the affiliate dashboard.

§ 7 Termination of Participation

1. Voluntary Withdrawal: Affiliates can voluntarily withdraw from the Affiliate Program by notifying ESCOOTERCLINIC.
2. Non-Compliance: ESCOOTERCLINIC may terminate an affiliate's participation for non-compliance with program rules.

§ 8 Data Protection

1. Privacy: Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to ESCOOTERCLINIC's Privacy and Cookies Policy.

§ 9 Final Provisions

1. Effective Date: These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions are effective as of 08/12/2023.
2. Amendments: ESCOOTERCLINIC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, with changes communicated to affiliates.
3. Governing Law: The laws of United Kingdom govern these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
4. Discretionary Decisions: ESCOOTERCLINIC retains the right to make discretionary decisions regarding commissions, account terminations, and all aspects of the Affiliate Program.
5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to the Affiliate Program shall be resolved in accordance with the general Terms and Conditions of ESCOOTERCLINIC.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
