You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, just contact us at [email protected] Remember that there will be a deduction made from the total refund amount if the reason for the return is not a result of our error(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). - Shipping fee won't be returned (if the postage was free then you will be charged accordingly to the service that we have used) - Restocking fee of 10% or greater if the product will not be returned in a new condition (no packaging, scratches, used product etc) then a deduction of up to 50% will be made.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If your address is not listed on the list of the countries that we ship to, then simply contact us at [email protected] and we will draft your order manually and calculate the cost of the shipping exclusively for that order.
We offer fitting, fixing and upgrade scooter services for all of the spares purchased at our website. If you wish to get something fitted or your scooter fixed just contact us and we will be happy to help. We offer a courier collection for our customers which are not able to get to our workshop in person.
1. All spare parts and accessories sold by us have 6 months warranty
2. All scooters sold by us have got 12 months warranty UNLESS stated otherwise in the description, then the description specifies the length of the warranty.
TERMS OF THE WARRANTY
WHO IS COVERED?
The person that has originally purchased the item from us. The warranty is not transferable or can’t be traded in for cash/vouchers/store credit.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
We cover all manufacturer defects. EScooterClinic WILL NOT COVER:
- Wearing parts listed below but not limited to: 1. Brake pads 2. Tyres 3. Tubes 4. Rubber parts
- Misused items will not be covered. Every single part/scooter purchased from EScooterClinic has to be maintained and can’t be used in WET conditions. Any damage resulting due to water ingress (Unless the product is clearly labeled as waterproof) will not be covered by the warranty.
Non maintained, abused, items after an accident, any damage not resulting in normal wear and tear will NOT be covered and will lead to a LOSS of the warranty.
The product to maintain the warranty MUST be serviced by EScooterClinic, any attempts of fixing, or disassembling the product by the customer will VOID the warranty.
POSTAGE COSTS Scooters up to 12 months, and spare parts up to 6 months: EScooterClinic will bear the costs of collection and return it to the customer. EScooterClinic will also cover the costs of the repair and labour involved. If the product that has been collected by EScooterClinic will be found in violation of the warranty then the customer becomes liable for the cost of collection and return postage.
Scooters over 12 months, and spare parts over 6 months: The customer is liable for the shipping costs, and the return costs. The customer is also liable for the costs of the spare parts, and the labour involved.
