We started with the bike we'd actually want to ride every day. Something compact enough for city life, practical enough for real commutes and honest enough to recommend without hesitation. No compromises on the things that matter, no extras that add cost without adding value.
The result is Arca Uno — a small-framed city e-bike with a removable battery, a smooth 250W motor and a range that covers a full week of commuting on a single charge. The removable battery was non-negotiable for us. If you live in a flat, work in an office or simply don't have outdoor charging, it changes everything. Pull it out, take it in, plug it in. Done.
